What we offer

Our counselling services primarily focus on individual therapy which is designed to meet the needs of each person. We recognise that everyone is unique and will benefit from different therapeutic and experiential approaches. We work closely with each person to develop a plan specific to their needs and goals.

To provide these customised supports we offer both room-based and nature-based options. If needed, we also offer telehealth sessions via phone or secure video conferencing.

Our rooms at our Maitland location are comfortable and private. We will meet and work through your needs and goals incorporating therapeutic and experiential activities which may include approaches such as, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Solutions-Focused Brief Therapy, Humanistic Therapy and Mindfulness-Based Therapies.

Nature-Based Counselling

Nature based counselling, as its name suggests, incorporates nature into the therapeutic session. It is also known as ecotherapy or nature therapy. It is well known that spending time in nature has a positive impact on mental and emotional well-being. We can arrange to meet you in one of our ecotherapy locations and help you explore learning and development through connecting with nature and greater aspects of yourselves. This can often involve mindfulness and awareness practices, walking and sitting in nature, reflecting on our place in the natural world.
