I'm Elizabeth, a Support Coordinator and Play Therapist at iCoordinate Disability Services. With 26 years of experience working with children, young people, and families, I hold a Bachelor of Teaching. My journey began as a Primary Teacher for 20 years, and now, as a Support Coordinator, I specialize in strength-based approaches, supporting children of varying abilities. Passionate about child-centered play therapy, I completed my Clinical Training in 2023, fostering a safe and inclusive space for clients to express themselves freely. Outside work, I explore the world with my family, finding inspiration in nature, music, and art. Join me at iCoordinate for compassionate support and meaningful connections!

Working from our Maitland location and offering sessions at diverse locations, including our ecotherapy sites, I find joy in the transformative impact we make at iCoordinate. My passion lies in ensuring businesses do things right – for participants, staff, and employers alike. Since 2012, I've been immersed in the Aged and Disability Care sector, supporting businesses in navigating compliance and legislation. I hold qualifications in Home and Community Care, Health Support Services, Front Line Management, and Leadership and Management. Certified in Lead Auditor Management Systems, I've also completed diverse training, constantly upskilling in High Care Supports. Personally, I prioritize family time and relish each day to the fullest. Join me at iCoordinate for impactful support and compliance expertise!

It brings me joy to assist people with disabilities in maximizing their NDIS plans, enabling them to live their best lives with tailored support. Armed with a bachelor’s degree in Psychological Science and a Diploma in Community Services, I've been proudly contributing as a Support Coordinator for 2 years. Based in Maitland, Hunter Valley NSW, I find balance in photography, volunteering for local animal rescue, being a mom, and enjoying motorcycle rides in my free time. Based in Maitland, I work Monday to Friday, providing local support that benefits both my participants and their families. Beyond work, I love anything related to water, sports, and family holidays.
